Ishihara Satomi and Seto Koji star in Sadako 3D

Filming for the upcoming horror film “Sadako 3D” has finished last December 16 and it stars Ishihara Satomi on her first lead role in a horror film and Seto Koji as her boyfriend.

The movie is an original story revolving around Sadako, the iconic character of the “Ring” series. Ishihara Satomi plays the role of Ayukawa Akane, a teacher at an all-girls school. She hears a rumor about a video of a suicide that was submitted to a video website. Soon, one of her students dies in a mysterious death, as with other people in other areas. The police declares the deaths as a suicide but that all of these people watched the said video before their untimely demise.

Seto Koji plays Ando Takanori, Akane’s web designer boyfriend.

“Sadako 3D” is directed by Hanabusa Tsutomu, who directed Koukou Debut. “Sadako 3D” is slated for a May 12, 2012 premiere.

Can’t say I’m gonna watch this one but I just saw this news and well, since I have nothing better to do, decided to post it since it interested me a lil bit since I like Satomi in her past projects.

JDrama Review: Hanayome to Papa

Hanayome to Papa

Synopsis XD

Ishihara plays a new 20-year-old OL working in the apparel company of her dreams. Her father, played by Tokito, loves his daughter excessively to the point that he compels her to follow his house rules: 7:00pm curfew, no socialising with the opposite sex. Nevertheless, she falls in love with her colleague, played by Taguchi, and begins a mission to “graduate” from her father.. (from dramawiki)

Here I am again with all my sidestories. XD

I decided to download this after watching Ganbatte Ikimaashoi Taguchi Junnosuke’s parts in Ganbatte Ikimasshoi. I can’t stop liking Junno’s smile. I am such a weak person for smiles like that. So, so, I checked if Hanayome to Papa is available in Veoh for download. And it is. So I immediately downloaded it. XD

Junno is not just a supporting actor but he’s the love interest of Aiko, played by Ishihara Satomi, which is the lead. It was funny when I realized that Aiko’s father, Kentaro, played by Tokito Saburo, also played as the professor in Voice which also stars Ishihara Satomi. Heehee. Junno in a drama is love so I loved watching this. XD Continue reading →

Voice – First Impression

I was planning to do this post before I watch Episode 2. But I was so bored awhile ago that I watched Episode 2 already. So, there.

Voice was quite different from what I expected, but it’s okay as long as there is Eita and Toma in it. XD

As I think that every fangirl or every person interested in this has read its synopsis, I won’t place any synopsis.

I think it is quite obvious why I’m watching this. Aside from Toma being in here, this is Eita’s first major role. As in MAJOR role so I can’t just let it pass. (I haven’t finished the dramas of the last season and here I am watching another drama. Hahaha.) And so, I am watching it. Continue reading →
