Happy New Year guys! 😀 I wasn’t able to greet you last Christmas but now I’m greeting you! May 2009 be a drama-ful year! XD
Cha Ye-Ryeon as Jung Won
Jang Geun Seuk as Eun Gyu
Jeong Ui-cheol as Hee Won[you jerk! but you’re cute too, huh? hahahah!]
Based on the internet novel of the same title and written by Guiyeoni, Do Re Mi Fa So La Ti Do is a touching love story with bittersweet elements. Jung-won wears a funny dragon suit, while working at the amusement park, and pours soda on Eun-kyoo, because of his taunts.
A short while later, Jung-won finds out that Eun-kyoo has moved into the house next to hers. Eun-kyoo now threatens to tell Jung-won’s parents that she works part time at a local mart. To keep Eun-kyoo quiet, Jung-won agrees to carry his guitar for a week.
Jung-won then starts developings feelings for Eun-kyoo, who is the lead singer in a band called Do Re Mi Fa So La Ti Do. Eun-kyoo also starts to develop similar feelings for Jung-won. The two soon become a couple.
With an odd twist of fate, Jung-won goes to the bands rehearsal room and meets a familiar person from her past, a boy named Hui-won. Their relationship makes everything make more complicated. 10 years ago, Jung-won and Hui-won were close friends, but because of a personal matter they stopped talking to each other completely. Jung-won is now surprised to learn that her ex-close friend is now best friends with her boyfriend. Hui-won admits that he still likes his bestfriend and he wants her back. Now Jung-won is torn between her friendship with Hui-won and her love of Eun-kyoo. [credits to wikipedia]
Well, I’ll be honest, I watched it because of Jang Geun Seuk. I’ve finished downloading all of his movies except for One Missed Call since I don’t really like horror movies. I immediately had the urge to watch all of his movies after I watched Baby and Me. So, this movie is one-of-a-kind. Not the plot but its effect on me. Well, I am the person that really likes spoilers. I really don’t care being spoiled. I get more excited and hyped up when I’m spoiled. But this one is different. I kept on covering my eyes while searching where to download english subs at soompi because I do not want to be spoiled. GAWD, I do not know why I love Jang Geun Seuk so much. JGS is very cute here, I mean compared to his look in Beethoven Virus.
I started watching it this December 28 with my sister. But we had to go somewhere so I wasn’t able to finish this. So I just finished watching it alone. My sister has something to do so she finished it just a while ago. And, I cried. Cried so hard. A WAAAAAY harder than how I cried at my favorite movie The Classic. This is competing for my favorite movie. I don’t know why. I mean, the plot is not that superb but it made me happy. Eun Gyu (Jang Geun Seuk) is so sweet. Aaaww. And I cried because of something, (I will not spoil you), but I don’t know why I still cried after finishing the movie. I mean the ending is that, by I kept on crying that I hugged our helper in the house. Gosh, I can’t stop crying after watching it. Oh well.
Im Joo Hwan[Jung Won’s brother] is such a cutie too. XD Will watch Snow Queen to see him with Hyun Bin. XD
Just watch it! It’s great! XD
P.S. JGS is actually good at singing. I like his versions to the songs in the movie but I hate it that the OST does not contain his versions. His versions can be found in the net if you really search for it. I found it after hours. XD But if you can’t find them, feel free to comment to ask for them. But after this movie, my love for JGS increased. *fangirl scream* EUN GYU! EUN GYU! *fangirl clap*
Aqua Timez is a japanese pop band signed to Sony Music Entertainment Japan.
The band formed in 2000 after two of the original members met on the internet and discovered that they attended the same university. At their formation with all their current members in 2003, the band’s name was Aqua Times, the correct spelling of their current name. No major releases came from the band during this period. The band renamed themselves to Aqua Timez in 2005. Their first release under this name was Sora Ippai ni Kanaderu Inori, a mini-album which charted well on the Oricon.
In 2006, the group would go on to release Nanairo no Rakugaki, their second mini-album with seven songs. Their first single, Ketsui no Asa Ni, was then used as a song in the movie adaptation of Brave Story. Later in the same year, it was announced that they would provide the theme song to Bleach: Memories of Nobody, the movie version of the anime and manga series Bleach. The song, Sen no Yoru wo Koete (千の夜をこえて; Passing Over a Thousand Nights?), entered the Oricon singles chart at number 5 and would go on to sell over 100,000 copies.
Later that year, the full first album for the band was released. Kaze wo Atsumete was their first full length album and reached a peak position of 3rd on the Oricon charts. Since its release, the album has sold over 200,000 copies. Shiori, their third single, was used in commercials for a brand of soft drink known as Mitsuya Cider and was number 5 on the Oricon.
More recently in 2007, the band has produced their 5th single Chiisana Tenohira (#5 on the Oricon), and their second full-length album Dareka no Chijoue was released on November 21.
After half a year had passed from their last single, they released their 6th single Niji, which was used as the theme song for Gokusen 3.
On October 1st, their 7th single (8th, including their indies one, “Itsumo Isshou”) called “Natsu no Kakera” was released.
On January 14, 2009, Aqua Timez released a single called Velonica, which is currently being used as the 9th opening of Bleach.

I first encounterd them on my classmate’s blog. The first song of them that I really liked is Alones. Although the vocalist’s voice sounds like he’s drunk, I can’t stop liking this band. The lyrics and the tune are just lovable. I’m currently downloading their whole discography. XD
Side-Note: Why do I have soooo many fandoms? Like 3472901246 fandoms. These fandoms are definitely killing my hard drive space. And as if this laptop and computer are mine. Oh well. I guess I need lots of DVD where I can burn them. Haven’t finished downloading Veltpunch’s discography due to Japanese Actors Photobooks and now I’m so eager to download Aqua Timez’s discography. Aaaaack.
Anyway, I need to sleep! It’s almost 2AM. signing out!

so as i was reading some articles about the upcoming kdrama, boys before flowers, i became interested with kim hyun joong. at first it was only kim bum that i notice but then this rui-hanazawa-look-alike suddenly striked me. i mean his looks are perfect to be rui hanazawa’s. but we’ll see if he can match to oguri shun’s acting prowess as rui. i mean, it is shun and well, it is shun. 😀
but then, i realized that he’s good-looking too. not wanting to like an actor just because of his looks. and since he has no acting background as of now, except for the we go married episodes that i feel lazy to watch since there are so many, my only choice is to see if he is great as a singer. he’s in a band called ss501. 😀 so i searched for some videos in youtube. and the first video that i watched was their deja vu mv. and i fell in love with him at that instant. i mean, who would not love him? i haven’t finished the video but i already went searching for other mvs. 😡 although his voice is not the most powerful or most attention-grabbing, i still like him. XD
BTW, kin hyun joong sometimes remind me of yamapi. maybe because of hair color? i mean yamapi had that hair color before. and i think the eyes. 😀 anyway, they’re still unique to me. 😀
EDIT [JANUARY 1, 2008] I think he looks more like Shun Shioya who also reminds me of Yamapi. Now I know. OMG, Kim Hyun Joong!
i’m still reading this book about einstein and how he became dead famous so i’ll be busy! ja!
In the movie, Joon-soo is a tough 18 year old high school kid that loves to cause trouble. He often gets in fights, once with 17 other guys, but always comes out as the victor. Then one day Joon-soo’s parents decides to go out of town. Joon-soo decides then and there to throw a party at his parent’s home. He then goes shopping for groceries and comes upon an unexpected surprise. A little toddler sits in a shopping basket wearing the name tag “Han Wooram” and points to Joon-soo as his father!
He then takes the baby home and tries to find the baby’s real parents. When he can’t find the parents, Joon-soo even tries to abandon the baby but always fails. He then takes the kid to school which causes further scandal and a suspension. But during this time an unexpected event occurs between Joon-soo and Woo-ram… [from wikipedia]
Since I can’t get enough of Baby Mason last night, and my fangirl feelings for Jang Geun Seuk are reappearing (not exactly reappearing since it never left XD), I decided to watch Baby and Me. And so, I loaded it for toot-knows-how-long time. My sister kept bugging me that she wants to watch it too so I waited for her to come home. She’s a fangirl of JGS too, and now Baby Mason. Hahahahahaha! Honestly, the thing that made me watch this is Baby Mason. And when I searched for it and found that JGS will act as the father, that’s an ultra bonus for me. How happy I was last night! :DD
This is a fun watch. I laughed so hard (as well as my sister) while watching this. Although at the latter part, JGS had showed us once again how great an actor he is. The transition from being a gangster-like high school student to a loving and caring father is very smooth. It seemed so real. And I like it that he loves Woo-Ram so much. I almost cried but then my sister said that I’m too shallow so I held up my tears. That’s why I want to watch dramas or movies alone or with people that are shallow too. I mean I don’t want to suppress my emotions. Ack.
Kim Byul is so pretty. And her skin is so smooth. Hahahahaha. And I like her character. She is so smart. And how she gave what she will give to Joon-Soo at the end was really cute. 😀 Kim Byul’s name in the movie is also Kim Byul, BTW. 😀
And for Baby Mason, he is so cute. 🙂 The voice who dubbed him doesn’t fit Baby Mason’s cuteness, though. But he is still cute. XD
A must-watch for pedophiles baby-liking people like me and for fangirls of Jang Geun Seuk or even for those who want to watch a good film. A nice film! I didn’t mind waiting for the videos to load. XD aylabit! [i love it!]
I discovered this band recently. I stumbled upon them in someone’s LJ and she said she can’t wait to have their singles. And so I became curious and I listened to some of their songs. And I became addicted to them immediately. I mean they are just plain awesome. Other songs are somewhat screamo but the vocalist’s voice is so calm that you’ll feel serenity while listening although it is a rock song that you’re listening to. Ack, that’s too complicated.
About the band. Uhm, I can’t find a good article about them. I think they are too underrated. I mean they’re good, REALLY GOOD. But it took me a lot of patience to search for sites where I can download their songs. I’m so sorry I can’t buy CDs, I’m just a highschool student. Anyway.
Just go here for links on where to download. XD

I finished watching this uhm, some time ago. And so, I would like to provide a review impression about this very short live-action. It’s just 7 episodes long and an episode just lasts for 17 minutes. Although it is very easy to finish in just one seating, it took me more than a day to finish it since I’m still studying. :DD
Boku to Kanojo no XXX is a live-action adaptation of a manga with the same title. The manga is licensed so I wasn’t able to read it. There are some available chapters but I would like to read it when it is done. Anyway, back to the LA, Uehara-kun (Shun Shioya) and Momoi-chan (Mai Takahashi) had switched bodies due to an accident made by Momoi’s grandfather. Their lives became so complicated due to that. I can’t imagine myself living in a guy’s body. Hahahahaha. Anyway, this was a fun watch. I laughed really hard while watching it. Although it is slightly pervy, it is still very entertaining. I mean the plot is not unique so I cannot praise the drama for that. Although it is open-ended, I appreciate it that way. Bonus: Shun Shioya is such an eye candy! He sometimes remind me of Yamapi. I dunno why. I think their hairstyles are similar. I mean Yamapi’s usual hairstyle, not the Code Blue one.
That’s all. XD
Oh my. Oh my. I discovered this baby, like, uhm, he’s turning 2 on March 21. he starred with Jang Geun Seuk in the Korean Movie, Baby and Me. And he’s such a cutie. Cutie i mean CUTIE! He’s half-Canadian by the way. I personally believe that a mix blood of Caucasian and Korean produces the best-looking people. Just look at Dennis Oh and now, baby Mason. His eyes are big and oh-so-bright. Oh! I want my future kid to look like him! And I will wait for how-many-years-I-don’t-know to see what he looks like in the future. Harharhar!
Okay, so you’ll get excited too, here’s some pictures. 😀
It’s taking me years to finish even just one episode of Anego. Everytime Jin appears on the screen, I pause the video and I go “Kyaaaaaa!”. HAHAHAHAHA! I get giddy all over when I see him. I dunno but I do not like Jin before. I first saw him in Gokusen 2 but the one I like there is Koike Teppei as Takeda. I remember forcing myself to acknowledge that he’s cute/handsome but even though I already acknowledged that, I am still not too convinced. But now I know why there are so many fangirls drooling over him. I can’t explain it myself but everytime he appears, I can’t breathe. Anyway, back t0 the Anego business.
Just finished Episode 3 this morning. I figured out that it was too late to write a post at 2AM so I’m blogging it now. Honestly, it took me 2 hours to finish one episode. Loading time included, the number of pauses I made while watching to stare at Jin and to compare him with Takaki Yuya took me so long. HARHARHAR. Anyway, I think the pace of Anego and Jin’s development is so fast. I mean it was shown in the preview for Episode 4 that they’ll sleep together. Oh come on. Anyway, I think I’ll just continue watching and let’s see what happens. I actually like their relationship. I mean they look cute and somewhat “disgusting” (i can’t find the right term) together. Heehee. But I’ll definitely finish this in due time.
I can’t help but compare Takaki Yuya with Akanishi Jin. I think Yuya is the younger version of Jin. Same hairstyle, same complexion, same skintone. They even hold their bags similarly. I’m serious. And that walk of Jin, I actually feel “eek” about it. I mean he’s not walking normally. He treats the street as some sort of a runway. Please teach him how to walk normally. Please! Anyway, aside from that walking matter, I guess I like Jin now. :X
That’s all for this post. 😀
